We believe that multidisciplinarity is the key factor for a significant impact and success of our company and team. All our employee gain skills in more than one discipline to better cooperate in terms of productivity and reach a higher operational effectiveness towards our customers. Employees with multiple expertise indeed may assume different roles in the company, thus gaining experience and varied skills making them more adapt to customers’ needs.

In our company we often choose open source technology since we are firmly convinced it offers many advantages to our customers. First of all savings: open source technology is generally free, so that it may reduce costs significantly, without hazard to project’s quality. Further, open source technology is more flexible and customisable, allowing us to better adapt to our customers’ needs. But the main advantage of open source technology is its accessibility – which makes us privilige its choice among other solutions. Open sources codes are accessible to all, meaning that customers are totally free to assign their project to other similar agencies without depending on us. It is unusual, going against conventions but for us it means respect for our customers.

In the immediate future our objective is to decentralize our company, by opening branch offices in Italy and abroad. The goal is to reach a wider presence on the territory, for more visibility and capacity to assist our customers in different geographical areas. Decentralization will also be applied to Yoo Multimedia customers, by assigning in a balanced way to different teams or individuals within the company their follow up for an increased flexibility and capacity of working load management.

Yoo Multimedia family grows continuosly, but as in all families, it may happen that one of the members takes the decision to follow its own path. For this reason, we planned a succession strategy to let the most suitable employee follow the role the colleague is leaving. In this way, we grant project’s continuity without hindering or disorienting the customer.

We appreciate being totally transparent towards our customers and employees: that’s why we use several  Time Tracking Apps. These allow us to monitor time employed by each of us for all activities, giving a detailed picture of worked hours for each project. Both the employee and the customer benefit from such a monitoring – the former because can have a full picture of his working efforts, his credits/debts in terms of time and money, the latter because receives a detailed esteem based on the real hours needed to complete the project and pays according to the effective activities performed.

Yoo Multimedia supports always its customers and committs itself to establish a steady network with them: for this reason we never accept any percentage by our suppliers! This means that there is no interest in recommanding a supplier rather than another. Our objective is and continues to be to grant the highest level of integrity to our customers, by offering them a choice among selected suppliers consistent with their objectives and never conditioned by external intrests.
