Old and desolate facades transformed into artworks
In all cities there are buildings whose walls are affected by the poor care they have received over time, or are too sparse and empty, with the result of appearing aesthetically unpleasant. In France, some of these facades “come back to life” thanks to the street-art of Patrick Commecy and his team of artists, who embellish them with formidable pictorial works.
Flat walls are transformed into paintings full of life and take on new dimensions thanks to the skilful use of techniques such as trompe l’oeil, which creates an illusion of depth which, seen from the right angle, is not easy to notice.
