Creative Services
We handle a wide range of creative projects, and pricing is based on the actual work done, tracked transparently:
Our Creative Teams:
- Italian Creative Team – for local campaigns and Italian language content
- English-Speaking Team – for international markets, content and brand expansion
Quotation Includes:
- Ideation, development, and production hours
- Use of Hubstaff or Clockify for exact time tracking
- Time reports are shared openly with the client
Dropshipping & Fulfillment
When dropshipping is involved, pricing includes:
- The cost of work done (design, coordination, communication)
- A percentage markup on the goods or services purchased
This model ensures flexibility, speed, and a transparent margin policy.
How We Bill
Each client receives:
- A custom quotation based on the agreed scope
- Work reports, with time logs and deliverables
- Final invoice, aligned with tracked activity and/or purchase orders
Terms & Custom Agreements
For large projects or long-term loyal customers, pricing and terms are regulated through bilateral contracts.
These contracts outline:
- Discounted rates or retained pricing
- Payment terms
- Delivery expectations
Pull Case Orders & Hourly Pricing
At Yoomultimedia, we offer flexible billing models to suit different types of collaborations.
Clients may operate using a Pull Case Order — a framework where services are requested on demand, and each action is tracked against an approved quote or hourly rate.
In this model, you can choose between:
- Quotation-based pricing – for specific, one-time jobs
- Hourly pricing – ideal for repetitive actions or ongoing tasks across the month
When hourly pricing is used, all time spent is logged and reported (via Hubstaff or Clockify), and invoiced at the end of each monthly billing cycle, based on actual usage.
The total is then reconciled at the end of the Pull Case Order, ensuring full transparency and alignment with the agreed scope.
